Episode 203-Proposed California Assembly Bill 957 and the Michigan “Hate Speech” Bill. The proposed California Bill 957 will force Courts to rule in child custody cases according to which parent “affirms” the gender identity of their child. A parent could lose custody of their child if they refuse to go along with the gender confusion of their child. While this case is currently about divorce child custody decisions, it sets the stage for Courts to remove children from intact homes for “child abuse” of not “affirming gender transitioning.” And Michigan’s House just passed a Bill that revises their “Hate
